What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My favorite animated show is Tom & Jerry.
What is your favorite children's book?
Winnie the Pooh. I love Pooh's innocence and all the characters strong friendships
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toys were cooking toys.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My father - he has endured so much adversity in his life and turned out to be the most loving and strong person I know.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
My hobbies and interests include gardening, interior design, and painting.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I enjoy working with children. I love their curiosity, their innocence, and resilience. I love that parents work hard to give their best to their kids and I want to help them do that!
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I connect with children very easily. I also enjoy speaking with teenagers and getting their point of view. I do not baby the children and like to treat them like they are little adults which they respond well to.
How do you accommodate patients with special needs?
We have a lovely staff who will work with parents to do weight/height checks. I am able to provide orders for G-tube supplies, formulas, diapers, nursing staff etc.
