And on the occasions where we have visited with the other doctors at STEP Pediatrics we have been equally astounded by their care and concern. Our whole family loves seeing Dr. Purcell, we’ve seen her for years. I never feel pushed for anything. I’m seen when we need to. Her diagnosis are spot on and I love that I can get a technical answer when needed, which helps me, in particular, to understand what’s going on with my kids. Honestly, since seeing her, my kids have less issues since she is so great at properly treating them. No one is perfect, but I don’t have a single complaint…Soo pretty great I’d say. She’s efficient, kind, knowledgeable. Bonus….the wait isn’t too bad :)
