What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My favorite animated movie is The Lion King.
What is your favorite children's book?
I’ve devoured pretty much every princess story out there, but “The Princess and the Pea” will always be my favorite!
What was your favorite childhood toy?
From Barbie dolls to 1,000-piece puzzles. Still crushing those puzzles every fall and Christmas like a pro!
Who is your greatest inspiration?
Met my husband in med school. He inspires me daily and is the color-coded Excel sheet to my chaos.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Obsessed with books and travel. Give me swoony romances, new foods, and a perfect book on a perfect vacation!
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
My mom’s a pediatrician and my biggest inspiration. From tagging along at the hospital to becoming one myself, it’s been quite the full-circle moment!
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
Both in life and as a pediatrician, I’m a silver lining kind of person. Always focusing on hope and positivity. I believe every child has their entire life ahead, and if I can play even a small role in guiding them in the right direction, I’ve fulfilled my purpose. This is the part of my job I truly cherish.
