My parents. They worked hard to provide my siblings and I the opportunity to receive an education which allowed us to become professionals.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Spending time with my family.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I always envisioned myself in a career where I could work with and help children.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I speak both English and Spanish. My background allows me to relate to many of my patients and allows me to empathize.
