My mom is my greatest inspiration. She is smart, and became a successful nurse at a young age, then has worked so hard her whole life to encourage and support me and my siblings in all of our dreams, always pushing us to choose paths that help others. Everything I am is because of her!

Outside of work I love to do yoga, watch movies and anime with my husband, and spend time with family. I also love learning about breast feeding, and am studying to become a lactation consultant!

My whole life, I felt drawn to children, and feel my purpose in life is to learn from children while also protecting and empowering them. After losing my brother at a young age, my family began doing medical mission trips in Haiti, where I learned how powerful pediatrics is, because one small change can alter the future of a child's life. I'm now so grateful for the opportunity to be a pediatrician and to be able to be even a small part of my patient's lives.

I have a lot of experience in newborn care, as I spent a large portion of my pediatric training in the newborn nursery and NICU. Every family I see gets my full attention and their concerns will always be addressed with compassion, no matter how big or small they are. There are never any bad or wrong questions to ask!
