What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
One of my favorite animated movies is The Good Dinosaur. The movie teaches great meaningful lessons about courage, perseverance and self-discovery.
What is your favorite children's book?
Love You Forever is my favorite book because it taps into deep feelings of unconditional love and connection between parent and child. I stumbled across this book while on vacation with my family. It's a memory I'll never forget!
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toy is LEGOs, because it lets you be creative, build anything you imagine, and feel a sense of accomplishment when you finish something. It’s also fun to keep changing and improving your creations, so it never really gets boring.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My children are my greatest inspiration. They motivate me to push myself to do better and work harder for a brighter future. Even in difficult moments, they continue to rise, forgive, and move forward with open hearts, teaching me what it truly means to keep going with love and hope.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Spending quality time with my family, vacation trips, catching up on the latest trending Netflix series
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
My own children inspired me to work in pediatrics. After seeing how quickly they grow and change, I became deeply drawn to being part of that journey for other children as well. Watching my own children navigate each stage of development made me appreciate how important early care, guidance, and support are in shaping a child’s health and future. It motivated me to dedicate my career to helping children thrive during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I provide pediatric care that combines clinical expertise with a strong focus on empathy, communication, and family centered support. I take time to listen, validate concerns, and explain medical information in a way so families feel informed and empowered. I emphasize preventive care and early identification of developmental, behavioral, and medical concerns, offering practical guidance tailored to each child’s needs. I build trust through consistency, compassion, and collaboration, creating a supportive environment where families feel heard and actively involved in their child’s care.
How do you accommodate patients with special needs?
I accommodate patients with special needs by tailoring each visit to the child’s developmental, behavioral, sensory, and medical needs, including allowing extra time and modifying the environment to reduce stress and improve comfort. I work closely with families and care teams to ensure clear communication and coordinated, consistent support across all settings.
