Cars and Toy Story. As a boy mom, I’ve watched them more times than I can count.

What is your favorite children's book?

The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry has always been my favorite. Its gentle wisdom and imaginative storytelling continue to inspire me. As a pediatrician and a mom, it reminds me to see the world through the eyes of a child, with curiosity, honesty, and wonder.

What was your favorite childhood toy?

My favorite childhood toys were Barbie dolls.

Who is your greatest inspiration?

My greatest inspiration is my dad. He taught me to be resilient, empathetic with my patients, and driven in life. His example has shaped not only how I approach my career as a pediatrician but also how I live each day with purpose and compassion.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

What inspired you to work in pediatrics?

What inspired me to work in pediatrics is my passion for helping children grow up healthy and happy. I’m especially drawn to the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both the children and their families, supporting them through important stages of development. Being able to provide care, guidance, and reassurance to families while watching a child thrive is incredibly rewarding and keeps me motivated every day

What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?

What sets me apart as a pediatrician are my strong empathy, patience, and commitment to holistic care. I prioritize truly listening to my patients and their families to understand their unique needs and concerns. By fostering open communication and creating a warm, welcoming environment, I build positive rapport that helps families feel comfortable, supported, and confident in the care their child receives. My goal is not only to treat illness but to promote overall well-being and long-term health for every child

How do you accommodate patients with special needs?

Yes, I’m committed to providing inclusive care for patients with special needs. I accommodate them by tailoring my approach to each child’s unique requirements, whether that means adjusting communication methods, allowing extra time during visits, or coordinating with specialists and caregivers. Creating a patient-centered, supportive environment helps ensure that every child receives the best care possible.
