Dr William was awesome. However the scheduling team was rude & unprofessional they use an outside company to handle calls, so I stopped by the office & the front office ladies got my son in asap. I will not be calling in to make my appointments anymore. I’ll just stop by to schedule my appts going forward. I gave 5 stars because of the office itself & the dr.
