Because of the language barrier, I was very nervous and had difficulty explaining our vaccination records. However, the nurse tried many different ways to help me, searched carefully for the records, and even helped with translation and communication. I was deeply touched by how much effort and care they showed to help us feel comfortable. Everyone at this clinic was so kind, patient, and professional. Her name is vivi She is always so gentle and patient with my son, which makes such a difference during visits.
