My kids have been seen by Dr. Hawkins and Bernal-Aguilera. Both have been so kind, helpful, and compassionate. I’m not sure on the title for the position that Tamara is in, but she always goes above and beyond for my kids. The rest of the staff, including the front desk receptions and coordinators have been very welcoming and thorough with their explanations… and patient when I forget to check-in via my cell phone. 😊

My kids have been with Almouie Pediatric since they have opened. Dr. Lindsey Hawkins-Alprin has been my kids pediatrician and I absolutely love her. Dr. Hawkins-Alprin started off at the Dominion location, we were sad to see it close but we followed her to the Alamo Ranch and now at the Babcock location. She absolutely understands the kids, listens to what the kids need as well as the parents. As well as all the staff members. They are all awesome!! Thank y’all!!!

this office and front desk staff are so sweet and understanding.

It seems like I always have to cancel or miss my baby’s appointments due to having one car being shared between me and my busy husband (super inconvenient 🙄) BUT this office and front desk staff are so sweet and understanding. Had to cancel again today and they just made me another appointment tomorrow. They answer portal messages very quickly. 10/10 recommend! Dr. Hawkins is so kind ❤️

Vanessa immediately sent a message to Dr Hawkins-Alprin who sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy.

I needed prescription refills for my kids. Vanessa in the front office was wonderful! I didn’t have an appointment. I got there around 4 PM. Vanessa immediately sent a message to Dr Hawkins-Alprin who sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy. Dr Hawkins-Alprin is amazing. I picked up the prescriptions a couple of hours later.
