I've had multiple inspirations through the different stages of my life, including my grandmother who raised 4 kids after my grandfather passed away, my parents who have given their unconditional support, and my husband who encourages continual growth.

I enjoy traveling, playing with our 2 rescue cats, and arts & crafts/DIY projects.

I love working with and learning from kids! I am passionate about preventive care and encouraging the development of healthy habits from a young age to be carried later in life.

Communication with both my patients and their families is key to building a relationship. In addition, openness to each of their perspectives is important in helping patients feel part of their treatment plans and health. My focus is to provide personalized, comprehensive, and evidence-based care that prioritizes the physical, mental, and emotional well being of my patients.

While I have experience working with kids with special needs, I believe parents know their child the best. Asking first about a child's needs and collaborating to form individualized care has been the most helpful approach.
