What is your favorite children's book?
"You are My I Love You". This book was given to me by my mother when I had my babies. I enjoyed reading this book to my girls. This book that was gifted to us by my mother will always have a special place in my heart.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
I enjoyed playing with baby dolls and outside in the dirt.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My family. Without them, I would not be the person I am today.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I enjoy traveling with family and friends, growing a vegetable garden, and playing board games.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I enjoy caring for children and supporting their families. I love being able to education parents about their child's health, illnesses, and proper care.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
My nursing background has been working in NICU. This experience has given e a unique perspective on caring for children and their families. I build positive relationships by listening, showing compassion, and making families feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
